Geiko is a great, cheap car insurance company that I recently switched to (away from triple A), simply because Gieko always gave such a cheap car insurance rate. Using the internet and the Giko website, one can get a quick car insurance price comparison that compares all the different major auto and cheap car insurance companies--not just Geiko, but even their competitors like Triple A, Progressive, All State, etc. Geiko seems to consistently show up with the cheapest plans, but maybe that's just because of the demographic myself and my friends fall into. Still, I would definitely recommend using the Giko free car insurance rate comparison to check if Geiko or another auto insurance company could save you money. Gieko worked for me, and when you add up all the monthly charges you're saving, it really does make a difference. I guess I can say "hey Geiko: I just saved a bunch of money on car insurance."
Not only does Geiko seem to hold up to its claim of being the cheapest car insurance provider, it also seems to provide great service--that is, if the Gieko website is any indicator. I used the Geiko insurance quote page and in literally minutes I had a number of quotes right before my eyes for different companies. It worked great, and, like I said, now I'm with Geiko. If you do end up going with Giko, please come back and post here letting me know how it went with car insuranc search, and whether or not you were able to get a good car insurance quote online. So far I haven't heard anything negative about Giko's auto insurence. One other thing I've noticed is that in some areas like Dallas, you can get really cheap quotes if you to a specific search for Dallas car insurance. Also, if you are a student, you can usually find special cheap student car insurance rates.
